Ironhold Command: Why Your Base Layout Loses Battles

Most Ironhold Command players who ask us for help have the same problem: plenty of defences, all placed badly. Scattering turrets around your walls feels safe but leaves gaps the smarter waves will find.

Think in overlapping fields of fire. Two towers covering the same chokepoint beat four towers spread thin. Funnel attackers into a narrow lane and let your defences focus fire there.

Supply lines matter just as much. If your resource buildings sit far from storage, you bleed efficiency every cycle. Keep production tight and central, protected behind your outer ring.

Once you treat the base as a single system instead of a pile of buildings, the escalating waves stop feeling unfair. It becomes a puzzle you're slowly solving.
