Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is an adventure game that trusts you to look around. You explore a dim, hand-drawn world carrying a lantern that reveals hidden routes and clues. There's barely any hand-holding, and the game is stronger for it — solving a room feels like your own discovery.

The puzzles are environmental rather than logic-box style. You notice a pattern, test a hunch, and the world responds. The soundtrack does a lot of the emotional heavy lifting, and I found myself playing with headphones just to stay in the mood.

It's short — a few evenings — but it doesn't overstay. If you want something atmospheric to unwind with, this is an easy recommendation.
